I am considering David's Bridal for BM dresses out of convenience, my BM's are from different states. Anyway David's told me to order them all at once in the same store b/c the dyes need to match. Has anyone not ordered the dresses at the same time? Do the colors differ that much? Or is this just a line of BS and they want to keep the $$ in one store. Any experiences would be a help. Thank you.
I always thought that was the case too but my BM's ordered their dress well before my sister (my MOH) ordered hers and they look exactly the same even though they're from different lots. Mine are from Adrienne's in Islip, though, not David's. I'm sure there's a very good chance of the colors being off when they're ordered separately so they have to tell you that up front to avoid a bride flipping out on them later just in case people wind up in different shades.
