I think Sunday 8/12 is the only day that I can get all my bridesmaids together to pick a dress. Do you all know where we can go? It seems like everywhere is closed on Sunday's.
priscilla of boston is open, but they only carry melissa sweet, POB, watters and i think one other line.
i encountered the same problem and decided to cancel the sunday shopping trip and reschedule for a different day. a lot of stores are operating under summer hours and will be closed sundays. you can check macy's.

I know for a fact that RK Bridal in the city is closed.
I had the same problem. two of my BM's are mom's and could only go out on a Sunday, when the DH is there to watch the kiddies. I had emailed Angel Bridals (in East Islip) and explained this...not knowing that they were generally closed on Sundays. Then, I called (before getting a response,) asked for a Sunday appt. and they said they were closed. later that day, I get an email back, from Rosemary, saying, ' I think we spoke earlier, and I said that we are closed Sundays...you didn't explain the extent of your circumstances...I'd be happy to open the store on Sunday for you! I'll meet you there at 10 am...' I was floored!!! And let me tell you, it was the most amazing shopping experience...SHE is WONDERFUL! I had already gotten my dress...but fell in love with one there. She held it for me for two weeks, just to give me time to decide if I was really ready to buy a second dress. All of my BMs have had fantastic experiences with her. Even my one friend, who was very nervous, as she's a size 24, AND 5 months pregnant, left there saying, 'wow! I did not expect that to be so easy!!' I can't say enough about them!!! They are far from me, I live in Queens, but it's totally worth it! Good Luck!!!
