bridesmaid dresses?

Hi everyone,
My dress is the one I use as my avatar. My bridal party is only my little sisters, who are 16 and 10. Any ideas what kind of bridesmaid dress to have them wear? They can't be too sexy, obviously.

Also, can anyone recommend a good bridal salon?
