Bridesmaid dresses

Bridesmaid dresses

They all look the same !!! Does anyone have any suggestions of where to get nice, reasonably priced dresses that don't look like every other dress? I went to RK bridal today. There were a million dresses to choose from but they're all the same. I hate that you have to try on a dress that's 5 times too big & the color you don't want. How can I decide what I want them to wear if I can't see it on them. I really have to find dresses now, the wedding is in 5 months ! I'm going a little crazy because I'm worried I'm not going to get everything done !!!

Try David's Briday b/c they have the dresses there in different sizes and colors.

I found my BM dress (pic in album) at Lillette's in Baldwin. My girls tried on TONS of different styles there. They had a great selection.

Look through not only bridal magazines but online at dress sites to find the style that you are looking for and then go to the store that sells that designer.

Commack Wedding Center has everything that bridal salons have but for much cheaper. We got my girls Jim Hjelm dresses for $195 there and they were $245 at Bayshore Bridal Suite. The dresses actually came in a month after we ordered them. The only thing is, we are not using them for alteratons.

Go to the Aria website. They don't sell their dresses in bridal stores. I wore one as a bridesmaid last year and am looking at them for my bridesmaids...

Re: Bridesmaid dresses

i looked on alot of websites (the knot has a alot of designers, bill levkoff, jasmine, watters and watters, etc) and i narrowed it down to about 7 styles i liked and then i took some of my girls to lillettes, they tried them on in one day and we decided on one we liked.

my girls are all like size 4 or smaller and the samples were in sizes 10-12, but when they clipped them we got a pretty good idea of how they would look

hope that helps!
