My wedding is in may and the lady told me to have them ordered by the end of october the latest because the particular designer takes 5 months for the dresses to come in!

My wedding is in April and we are going Sunday to place the order, So I guess 6mths a head of time.I was told that the factories are close the month of February, due to Chinese New Year.

my wedding is in July and Im using Davids and they told me by Thanksgiving the latest since summer weddings are very popular

At the 6 month mark, Feb. It is hard with the holidays so I figured I'd give them a month to breathe.

We're ordering in late November, the wedding is in August.

I just ordered mine and my wedding is in February.
You need at least 8-10 weeks before the wedding I believe, but it also depends on the designer.
