When is a good time i should have the girls start looking at dresses?

i have a few out of towners as well...

they are allowed to where same designer and color different dress!!!!!

I have an OOT bm as well. She was in over the holidays so we just did it then, I know it was way early but I really wanted her to help pick out the dresses and the next time she was going to be in town was for her own wedding.

I know most girls go about 6-9 months before the wedding.

you i know about 6-9 months i just think since sept schools start again and then coming rolling in all the holidaysss.......

its a pain in the butt i guess......
i'll just have my sisters go chose the designer which is affordable for everyone

I'm getting married the week before you and Lillette's told me that my girls need to order their dresses by the first week in January at the latest. I am asking my girls to order them no later than the first week in December, because I'd rather them not have to worry about it over the holidays.

My girls are wearing Jasmine Belsoie dresses, pretty affordable. And Lillette's give 10% off BM dresses if you're getting your wedding gown there.

I have one OOT girl. She lives in California. Geri at Lillette's said for her to get measured in CA, then mail in the measurements with her deposit, and they will order the dress. Then I'll ship it to her so she can get it altered.

I would have them start looking now, by the time they all go and decide which one it could take a little bit ya know, this way they have time to get measured and order it

Well... the girls can wear whatever dress they want as long as same designer & color!!!

i know you need about bwn 6/9 months..

im debating if i should just wait til Oct til the new ones come in ......

thats my lil issue also the holiday.... then i have the JRBM that are in school... i mean i guess i should stop worrying about other pple and tell myself its MY DAY!!!

lilettes is a bit out of the way for me and the girls.. majority of my BM live in my area... then about 3/4 of them live in NJ......

for my dress... ha ha NO LUCK what so ever!!!!!!! didnt think this was going to be easy though!!!!

Agreed. I have 5 girls, and 3 are OOT (1 in CA - MOH, 1 in FL and 1 in England....ugh). So, my two local girls and I went BM shopping about a month ago and found a dress we liked. I am taking Mom to see it this weekend, and hopefully I will have the decision made by then. My England BM will be back in NY for a week in August, so I will probably order the dresses when she gets back with my two other local girls. So...that should be about 10 months out.

i was just thinking the same thing
