How far in advance should I order my bm dresses? I'm looking at my calendars and the girls' calendars, and I think the only weekend we're all available is in like November. Is that too late? I'm getting married in July.

i think thats perfect timing!! not too late at all, give you 8 months for them to come in and get altered

That sounds great! I think 6-9 months before is optimal.

I think that is enough time- I am in a wedding in May and we were told we had to order our dresses by mid september for them to be in ontime.

It depends on the designer of your BM dresses. Mine are Alvina Valenta and I was told just a few days ago by the salon that they would take 3 months to come in (clearly you need more time for alterations and such)

November is more than enough time for a July wedding. My wedding is in June and I was told my girls need to order their gowns no later than the first week in January. I am telling them however, no later than the first week in December.
