Where is a good place to shop for bridesmaid dresses???

I went to bridal reflections in Carle Place this weekend. I liked the selection of dresses, but it was very crowded because there was a trunk show. Have not been anywhere else yet.

This is where we went and LOVED it! But none of the girls did their alterations there. Beautiful dresses that don't look too 'bridesmaidy.'

i was there, too... didn't even know there was a trunk show going on?!? all i know was there were way too many customers, and too few consultants. we did find a dress we liked, at least (actually, we LOVE the dress!)

I, too, used BR in Carle Place - if possible, I would avoid going on a weekend. Both my MOH and my in-town BM met me there during the week! It was MUCH easier. I picked up my FG dress a couple of weeks ago, and it was a madhouse!

the wedding center in commack guarantees the best price, my only complaint was they said they called when the dresses came in and i never got a call; so when i called them to ask i was told that if my girls didnt come in that weekend the dresses would be sent back and they would lose their deposits.

They have a huge selection- its amazing.
