Has anyone ordered their bridesmaid dresses yet? How long do they usually take to come in? Thanks girls !!
Everybody's dress (BM, FMIL, Mom, etc.) should be ordered 6 months before the wedding. BM dresses usually take about 16 weeks, but you need time for fittings and/or any problems (delayed shipping, etc). HTH!
Each store is different. One store told me 9 months another said 3 1/2. So it really depends. Give the place you want to order from a call and find out.

I was also told 9 months before. However I am going with my mom on Saturday to Bridal Reflections to start looking. I really don't want to go with 10 people until I narrow it down to a choice of 4 dresses.
i cant get my girls to go! I might just take my junior BM and FMIL and have us pick and just tell the girls what we chose.
Thank you girls. So i already went with my mom and sister (moh) and picked out a bridesmaid dress. I want to get the girls together and order them this weekend. The place where I was thinking of ordering from told me if I order the dresses now it is going to take 8-10 weeks for them to come in which will be mid September and we would have to come and pick them up when they came in. I am getting married in May what am I going to do with these dresses 8 months in advance. WWYD?
