Bridesmaid Dresses

Has anyone had experience purchasing bridesmaid dresses from any of the following stores: Paradise Bridal in Farmingdale, Burton's in Melville,
Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills, or The Wedding Center in Commack?

I've found they have the best prices, but I've read mixed reviews on all of them. I was wondering how their service is for just purchasing the dresses from them? (Then, take them somewhere else to be altered).

I got my BMs dresses from the Wedding Center in Commack. I know a lot of people have had problems there, but I had a good experience. The dress I wanted didn't come in a color that I liked, so they contacted the designer and I was able to order the dresses in a different color/fabric than what the designer showed as the available colors. There was a slight mix up when ordering because of the change, but they fixed it quickly and were very helpful. Everyone I dealt with the BM dress dept was friendly and they definitely have a large selection.
