So for those of you who have picked your bridal party already, has anyone had a get together for all the Bridesmaids yet? Being that my wedding isn't until June of 2012 i don't want to start tiring them out with wedding stuff already. But i thought it could be fun to have a little get together with all of the girls soon. All of my bridesmaids come from different groups of friends, so they don't really know each other well. I just think it would be fun to talk about what we have planned so far, and my ideas for the dresses and all that. What do you think, should i hold off until at least the summer? or can i do something like that now.

I am having all of them come with me when I go to look for wedding dresses in April. After we are all going to go out for dinner!

That is so nice. Plus I was starving after I went to try on dresses. You don't realize how exhausting it is until you're done.

When we go dress shopping I am going to make bags that say bridesmaid on it and include snacks, water and rules for dress shopping (i.e. you have to be honest!)

I plan on getting all of my girls together this summer so they can all start to get to know each other a little better. I was thinking about hosting a brunch.

I was thinking of doing that this summer- having everyone get together to go BM dress shopping and then having a BBQ with their SO at our place.

one of my BM and another friend set up a little girls night out for me after i got engagd. I had picked my bridal party at that point so they all met there.
we were going to do dress shopping a week ago but roads were to icey so i postponed that.
when we go for thier dress i may take them all for dinner
