Has anyone ever heard of getting your Bridesmaid's a gift to give them at your shower?

Yes....I will be doing that. I have actually only seen it done with Italians, not sure about others.
My mother just did this for my shower. She got them little statuets with their birthstone in it. It was very cute. I got one that was a bride too. I should note, that I don't have many bridesmaids, so it was feasible for my mother.

Yes, I have heard of this. I personally did not do it because I went over board on the gift bags I made for them that were given out at the rehearsal. But my MOH's mother had taken the liberty of making them each something. I was surprised and the girls loved it.
