Re: bridesmaid gowns
im trying to get some ideas. i think utlimately i am going to do separates. for one i have a variety in size in the girls and two of my BM have mentioned the possibility of being pregnant. so it should be easier to alter the dress if it is 2 pieces. i just cant decide if i will have them all in the same skirt and they can choose their top or have them in the same top.one idea
im also debating on the color. my colors are pink and green. GM will be in sage green vests just cant decide if the girls should be in the same green or pink.....

Re: bridesmaid gowns
I;m proabably only having two- my sister as moh and my best friend as a BM. I;m thinking they might just buy a simple dress of the rack at the mall. THey both wear the same size( and so do I) so it should be easy.

Re: bridesmaid gowns
I haven't looked yet, I look online but nothing serious. I won't look until after I get my gown and I'm going to start looking in June.

Re: bridesmaid gowns
This is the one thing I am dreading...I haven't even finalized a BP (but some people know they are in it) and I've already gotten the comments 'I can't wear this', 'I don't like this'...argh! Gotta love it! But I have been looking online & through magazines for some ideas.

Re: bridesmaid gowns
I have been looking at pictures online but I have not decided on anything yet. I was thinking of picking the same skirt for all of the girls and choosing 3 tops that they can choose from. My bridal party is all sizes and I think they would be more comfortable in different tops. They are all going to be black. Do you girls think this is a good idea??

Re: bridesmaid gowns
I too am probably going to go with Alfred Angelo's Seperates also - I have a variety of different shapes & sizes in my bridal party and I want all my girls to feel comfortable & so they have a choice. plus I like when everyone looks a little different ~ But the color I want is with Bill Levkoff...so I am still un decided...but will probably do a seperate.Welcome New Vendors
