Bridesmaid Hairstyles--help!

i'm in a wedding in 2 weeks. since the ceremony and CH are held outside, i want to have my hair done professionally. but i don't want it to be too formal.

my hair is pin straight, and comes to right below my shoulders. i have been trying to find pictures of what i could do with my hair, but have been unsuccessful.

any ideas, ladies? and post pics if you can, or post links.
