Do you have any crazy stories from being in a bridal party? Like wearing your hair some crazy way, or having to wear crazy nail polish???
my friend told us what color nail polish, how to do our hair, said we could not wear bracelets bc it would distract attention from our flowers...and the list goes on....she was a major control freak!!

LOL this sounds like me! I am giving my bridesmaids a four page single-lined set of guidelines. At least I know and admit I am a control freakHaha I need help

Well at least you're organized, right? Just out of curiosity...what are some of the guidelines?
ive actually never been in a BP. (only as a FG)
Luckily no horror stories...BM twice but were great..one just brought our DOJ, I guess to let us know we should all match..otherwise great
LoL for all the people who asked... there aren't too many guidelines about physical qualities, like I'm not a pyscho ***** that says don't get fat. It's more so discipline. I want all the girls to be selfless that day and be catering to my every need. When I was MOH for my sister I felt that all the BM's could have done more for the bride and not have cared so much about themselves for that day. There are some physical demands, like having the right length of hair and not spray tanning. HAHA I am crazy. My friends are expecting it from me, so knowing that I kind of went overboard and made it really long.
We had to do a choreographed dance number. I was so nervous!!!

Hmmmm.... nothing terrible cept for these awful comb flower things that my aunt made me wear about 13 yrs ago!!
Been in 6 weddings and no horror stories. All my friends were pretty great.
No horror stories abt the bride, but her MIL and SIL policed what make-up we wore before we left the hotel room we all got ready in! She even brought makeup that we all 'had' to use. Most of us did what ever we wanted anyways especially since most of us in the Bridal Party don't wear makeup on an everyday basis, and she picked very noticeable colors that would be caked on our faces...yuck!
