I would ask talk to her. I wouldn't want to hurt her feelings..she is your sister afterall. She will probably just come out and be honest with you if you approach her.

Gotcha! I was only going to have my older sister as my MOH, my younger sister usually hates wedding stuff so I didn't think she would want to participate. So when I told her she didn't have to be in it, she got really hurt. So, I asked her to be a MOH too, and she said yes. Now, my older sister is soooo not involved (she is preggers) so my younger sister has really stepped up. She has been sooo helpful. I guess what I am saying is, maybe your sister will surprise you, I hope she does! Good luck!
