Bridesmaid, pregnant- HELP!!

Hi Ladies,
One of my bridesmaids just found out that she is preggers!!! I am really happy but we already ordered the bridesmaid dresses -Priscilla of Boston Style # 1609- however she just called them and told them she will be about 5months - they said that she might have to buy a NEW DRESS if they cant add a panel! This sounds shady I believe that they could add a panel but I dont know! Has anyone ever dealt with this? If Priscilla of Boston can't add the panel does anyone know where I could go to have it done for her!?!?!?

Depends what kind of dress it is. At five months she should only be about one or two sizes bigger. Which you'd think isn't a lot but in actuality it's a few inches.

My FSIL wanted to wear her moms dress for her wedding but she was bigger than her mom was at her age and because of the style of the dress it was impossible to add in a panel.

So what I'm asking is what material is the dress, and are there patterns or designs which could be a problem when trying to add a panel?

In general adding a panel could be kind of tricky because it will never look like it originally did.

can they call in and change the size to a larger one. i mean they're not shipped yet, then they can alter it.

some people carry differently and you may luck out since she'll only be around 5 mos.
