Bridesmaid shoe opinions (round 2)

Bridesmaid shoe opinions (round 2)

Would you like any of these shoes as a bridesmaid, and which one? I'm debating picking one shoe for the girls since they are all in different dresses and they are cocktail length so you will see their shoes.

#1

#2

#3

All 3 are cute but I chose #3 because seemed like the lowest heel (most comfortable).

And are they similar enough in color to just let them pick from these 3 if I don't just pick one shoe? Would that look dumb?

it wouldn't look dumb at all

if i had to choose, i'd go with #1 or #3 ... 2 is a bit too high for me.

Im letting my girls wear whatever shoe they want as long as its silver.

i personally would let the girls pick their shoes....letting them pick from the three is a great idea.
i know i would not be able to walk in a high pair (#2) and would hate if a bride made me wear them. if you want them to all match go with the lowest heel.

Since their dresses are cocktail length I can see why you may want them all to match but if your girls cant all agree on 1 shoe (if ur giving them a choice) then as long as they are all the same color and similar styles then no it wouldnt look dumb.

When the time comes im going to tell my girls any shoe as long as its silver and strappy.

This!! The last wedding I was in, all the girls wore cocktail length dresses and our guidance was wear the most fabulous shoe you can find, the guests loved it. There were tons of pics of the BM's shoes! The wedding before that the bride asked us to just find a silver strappy sandel, and I liked that a lot better then any specific one she could have picked out for all of us being different heights and foot shape.

I agree

I picked 1 because, though it is not the lowest heel, it looked to be the most secure on the foot. I feel like a 'too strappy' shoe can be uncomfortable and can dig into wider feet. Also, it is the only one with some support around the front of the ankle. I find the ones that just strap around the back often rub and leave blisters and cuts by the end of the night!

If at all possible, I would lean toward giving them a choice. You don't want to have your girls looking cranky in pictures because of sore feet!

Thanks everyone! I think I will just let them pick with some guidelines (silver open toe) and show some examples but they will just pick whatever they want. I'm done stressing about it.

All three are nice but I agree, #1 looks like you don't have to worry about slipping out of it and the heel on #2 is a bit high for most people to wear through the night without their feet killing them. So my vote is #1

I have the first pair in red. They are comfortable and look great with anything. they get my vote!!

I love #1! Your going to want your girls in something comfortable and not to high since everyone is going to be on their feet all day.

I had long dresses so I told the girls pick whatever shoe they wanted as long as it was gold. I was in a wedding with cocktail length dresses and we wore silver nina shoes and the maid of honor wore different shoes. If they are different dresses go with the same shoe, it may look a little too crazy after a while

I like all 3 style wise, but #3 looks the most comfortable.
