I know I should not be involved with the shower planning but one of my bridesmaids has never been in a bridal party before and it seems she doesnt know whats expected of her. The other bridesmaids dont know her that well and I hear she hasnt been in contact with any of them and the one time they did she said she thought the MOB and MOH were supposed to pay for the whole shower!!! My MOH said she cleared up the confusion to my friend and she was ok with giving a contribution to the shower but this is still making me worry that she wont be helping out with anything. Any advice????

In my opinion, you shouldn't concern yourself w/ this! you have enough to worry about. If she doesn't understand the etiquette, it's up to your MOH to fill her in and guide her. You do not need to be involved!!

ITA! This happened with my BFF and we did our best to keep her out of it. Don't worry - the girls will work it out in the end!

You are so not alone with this one! No worries. I would stay out of it. Its all about you! I feel bad because my sister is the moh and I hope she doesn't get screwed! ( She might) Or I will end up paying. But I can't with all the expenses. Good luck!
