I am very happy with all my bridesmaid except one we used to be great friends one of my big perks with her is that she is really reliable, well she isnt too reliable now i have tried to contact her a couple of ways and times and i havent heard or seen her since my engagement party in june. i always thought that your bridesmaids were suppose to help you look for things and just be supportive. well now im second guessing my choice in having her as one of my attendants, i dont have many female friends and was wondering should i take her out of the party ?and how should i tell her ?

That's a tough one. I think there's always, what I like to call, a 'bum bridesmaid'. Someone who just isn't as reliable as you'd like them to be. It's a big desicion whether to keep her or not. Sorry I don't have any real advise. Good luck!

i asked one to step out of mine ....it happens but see how she gets closer to the event ,,,a lot of people think its sooooo far away so they dont bring it up..or tell her how u feel and see what she says
