When is a good time for summer brides to get bridesmaids dresses? I haven't looked in the stores yet - but all the styles I am seeing online are very 'winter-y'. I don't want satin in the summer and I know I want pastel colors and I am not seeing much of that. Is it too late to wait until Spring/Summer lines come out for my August 1 wedding? THANKS
I just picked out my bridesmaid dresses and have the same date as you. However, I was told that there was no rush. I think it takes about 10-12 weeks for bridesmaid dresses to come in (depending on the designer). However, then you need to leave time for fittings. Try RK bridal. I found my dress there and felt that there was enough of a variety to be able to find stuff for summer (and the prices are reasonable).
