Bridesmaids dresses

OK so my Best Friend is getting married on 10/10/10. So we have been on a mission to find the perfect BM dresses for us.
We went to Beautiful Bride in Lynbrook and found the perfect dress.
The problem is they want us to put down the entire cost of the dress when we order it. Is this normal or shoud they just ask for a deposit and then when the dresses come in we give the rest of the money?
Please help she really doesnt know what to do....

my girls paid the entire cost up front. they maaaay have gotten the option but i know for a fact that several of them paid for it all at once.

My girls had to pay upfront as well.

We were asked to leave a deposit up front and pay the balance when they came in.

my girls paid half up front, and then pay the remaining half when they go for their first fitting

My girls had to put 60% down.

I've always paid 100% upfront from BM dresses.

my girls had to put down 50% then at their first fitting the rest. although most of them just paid in full.

I just bought a bm dress for my bf wedding as well and they wanted everything up front also....
