I am not a fan of much out there!!! Im getting very frustrated bc I loved 2 new styles in one of the new Alfred Angelo collections and was told by Alfred Angelo in Dec the dresses would be available in Feb and now they are delayed until April- too far out to order for my wedding date!!!!
Back to square one now! Can anyone suggest some bridal stores that have a large selection of bridesmaid dresses? Ive gone to rocky point, centereach, & paradise and have not found anything This has been the hardest part of wedding planning! Thanks and sorry for the vent lol

RK Bridal in the city had tons. I found mine there and then ordered on LI.

I went to Village Bridals in babylon and they look like they have a big selection. Going tomorrow with my sister to check some out. They are also very helpful and nice.

Helen's Private Collection in Commack, Bridal Elegance in Huntington....I would try there.

while they dont get the best reviews.. commack wedding center had a TON!!!!!! and i mean it. Every designer you can imagine. I let my girls pick thier own dresses and this was the perfect place for it.

This. We didn'thave any problems there. They were very helpful. I found a BM dress I loved but didn't like the color options. They contacted the designer (Jasmine) and found out that it could be ordered in any of their fabrics/colors for a $30 additional charge. They def have a huge selection

I went to Here Comes the Bridesmaid and RK Bridal in the city. We ultimately purchased from RK Bridal (also where I got my wedding dress).

ITA with this but dont understand why not getting the dresses until april is a problem for your august wedding am i reading that wrong?

The bridal stores are telling me i need like 5 months for dresses to come in. Not to be paranoid but are they lying to me to pressure me into buying now?? Alfred angelo said if i ordered in mid april my dresses would come end of july.. my wedding is aug 11th so that makes me a little nervous bc girls might need alterations... how far in advance is the norm for ordering bm dresses?

My wedding is Sept 16th and i am trying to order within the next 2 weeks. It takes about 5 months for the dress to come in, so i wouldnt push it just incase there is an issue with the dress.. From what i have been told its better to order at least 6 months before.. HTH
