What is your budget? You could offer them jewelry (necklaces, bracelet). Either 'real' or 'fake'.

I gave my BM a set of cultured fresh water pearls: necklace, earrings, and bracelet. They wore it with their dresses on the wedding day. I also put together a bag of bath goodies: loofah, shower gel, lotion, massager, bath salts, etc.

i was a bm once and got a spa gift certificate to Mario Badascu with a basket of assorted godiva coffee, choco & a mug. i loved it.

I'm planning on spending around $100-$150. Since most are from out of town and will be spending a lot that weekend, I'm planning on covering hair and manicures. I'm also giving them necklaces to wear.
I was in a bridal party once and I got a gift certificate from SpaWish (www.spawish.com) it was great!!!

The spa GC sound good--I guess my budget would be like 100-150--I will def look into the spa ideas--anything else???
