Bridesmaids gifts - timing question

Hi Ladies! I've gotten my Bridesmaids necklaces I'd like them to wear to the wedding as part of their gift. My question is when do I give it to them? If I wait until our thank-you dinner the night before I'm afraid they'll already have chosen something else to wear. I don't want to give away what it is by telling them not to buy jewelry. When are you giving the gifts to your Bridesmaids?

i'm waiting until the rehearsal dinner to give it to them... if they get their own, they will hold onto it for another occasion that's all

Im not having a rehersal dinner since we are doing everything at the venue. So I am giving my girls their gifts the day of.

Were giving out all the gifts the night of the rehearsal dinner. If your worried that someone might buy jewelry just tell the girls I got your jewelry for the day of the wedding but it's a surprise.

I got my girls brooches for their dresses, which I want to give them before the rehearsal dinner. So I may present those at my bachelorette party two weeks before or get them all together before the dresses even come in and give them their brooches then.

I also got them totes, robes, and personalized hangers, which I will probably give at the rehearsal dinner so nobody forgets to bring them the day of (everyone is staying at a hotel the night before).

I also got my bridesmaids necklaces and will be giving it to them at the rehearsal dinner, but in my case jewelry is expected. My stepfather is a jeweler and my two older sisters both did necklaces so everyone kind of knows that that will be happening. But if they end up buying something else they can either return what they bought or save it for another occasion. Honestly, jewelry never goes to waste!

We aren't having a rehearsal dinner, and I don't think my fsils are planning on staying at the hotel the night before, so on my way to the hotel I am just going to stop by and give it to them then.

My friend is getting married in 2 weeks and she told us that she got us earrings and we were free to pick out whatever other jewelry we wanted. Idk how you feel about letting them know what you got them in advance, but it's always an option.
