Bridesmaids Hair
Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone experienced anything like this and could help me? My cousin is one of my bridesmaids and just dyed her hair a neon red color. It is very bright and she is only 16! My Aunt thinks her hair looks beautiful but I do not want this hair color in my wedding pictures. I love my cousin very much and do not want to hurt her feelings.....Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I haven't experienced anything like this but I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. It looks like your wedding is a year away and being that your cousin is only 16 she will probably change it again before your wedding. When it gets closer to your wedding and it's still a color that you don't like I would definitely say something. I just wouldn't say anything right away because you wouldn't want to upset anyone now especially if there is a chance it may not be a problem in the future. Definitely speak your mind when it's closer to the wedding because you will have these pictures forever!!

personally and I don't want to sound rude please don't take this the wrong way but is her hair color really going to affect your wedding? I know people that have made the mistake of not having their bff in thier wedding bc she has tattoo and. she later regretted it bc it cost her her bff. I agree if u feel that strongly wait bc alot can change in s yyear especially with red that tends to fade quick. but before u say anything my advice is pick and choose your words wisely bc u could seriously hurt her feelings snd she is so young!

I'm sorry, and don't mean to be rude, but you really can't tell people what color to make their hair. To me, that's out of line.Like the previous posters said above, you have a year to your wedding and she is young and will probably dye it again. Red is the hardest color to keep.
No one will be looking at her, all eyes will be on you, the bride :)

one of our bridesmen (but it's a girl, she's wearing a tux) was nice enough to ask us if we wanted her to take out her face piercings for the wedding. they arent super noticable (to us/ we are used to it) so we said NO be yourself!!!

I agree with the above posts. I don't think you can really dictate the color of someone's hair. If it bothers you that much I would definitely wait until the wedding is closer and talk to her but I don't think in the big scheme of things it really matters. Years from now when you've taken down most of your wedding photos to put up photos of your children(and lets be honest bridal party shots would be the first to go)and your cousin is no longer 16, you will all laugh about it. :)Welcome New Vendors
