Bridesmaids? I need advice!

So, my sister will be my MOH, but she is super busy with four kids so she can't really help me with wedding stuff (BM 'stuff'). So, I was thinking that I would ask one of my REALLY close friends to be a BM, but now that I think about it, I don't want to offend any of my other friends (that I have been friends with since I was two years old, third grade, etc.). I had already decided not to have a bridal party but to have all of my friends wear black dresses (of their choice) and I would get them bouquets to take some pics with me. SO, can I ask just one of my friends to be a second MOH, or do you think they should all (five girls) 'walk' down the aisle with me that day? TIA for your advice

You are very smart to decide against a formal party . I think regardless of the title of bridemaid, your friends will be excited to stand with you or walk you down the aisle--they will also be happy to wear their own black dresses (my cousin did this last month for her wedding and a good friend did it last year--EVERYONE was happy!).

If you have one closer friend, you can ask her to be MOH 2. Everyone should understand. If you can't decide on on person,you can do all five!

since your going to get them boquets and have them take pics maybe just put them in the BP. You can still have them just wear any black dress of their choice and this way they can walk down the aisle with you and feel a part of your day. Annd you'll also have more support for BP stuff especially if your sis is super busy
