I am in my best friend's BP and I am not sure how to handle this. Do you know what is going on with your shower, how have you handled showers for others?

I would say the brides mother probably contributes the most, but the bp should chip in

My MOH handled my whole bach. party, she just found out she's preggo, so she basically said she didn't want to handle the shower, which is totally understandable. So, I mentioned it a few times to BM's. Then I mentioned to my mom that maybe she could get in touch w/ the girls and take charge. My BP seems to be pretty lazy I'm sure it will be an even contrbution from all my maids and mom.
