I want my girls to be comfortable and I'm a shoe ***** so I also want them to love thier shoes that they are wearing that day...and some of their budgets are diff from others, so I don't care if their shoes don't match eachother as long as they are dyed the same.
Should I just make sure they all go to the same store so that the dye matches but let them pick whichever shoes they want?
Where did everyone go for the shoes?? I heard of Hazels in queens, i don't want them to travel too far..they're all from queens or brooklyn..any suggestions girls?

Re: Bridesmaids shoes
My girls chose whichever dyeable shoes they wanted and got them dyed to match the dress. They are too different to have made them wear the same shoe. They all went to different places but they checked out Sandy's in Massapequa and Craft Shoes in Commack.

Re: Bridesmaids shoes
I wanted the girls to be able to spend money on a shoe they might actually wear again. We originally just said any shoe but it had to be ivory but now we said any shoe in silver. Didn't want to go the dyeable route.

I just told all of my girls to buy silver shoes. This way they can also probably wear them again. Can you have your girls wear silver, gold or black to match?

I left it up to them...I said as long as they are black and your comfy go for it... I have one girl who is 6 foot so she wants flats and my other two girls will be in heals.

Re: Bridesmaids shoes
Im actually having a huge problem with this. My BM dresses are T-length so they need to all be wearing the same shoes.... BUT, some BMs dont like wearing high heels...while others want to wear a high heel.... and I dont know what to do bc I want everyone to be happy. Ughhhh this is going to be very stressful for me- which is why I've avoided taking care of this
If your dresses are long I dont think it should really matter if they are in the same shoe or not... just as long as they are comfortable and have the same color to match their dress.

Re: Bridesmaids shoes
If you want them to dye their shoes, they dont necessarily have to go to the same store. If you just get a swatch from the dress, anyone can dye the shoes the same colors. Try Sandys in Massapequa or Rhea Nicols in RVC for dyables.
