Is it okay that i Hate about 75% of my bridal party? I cant wait till this wedding is over so I dont have to deal with their BS anymore. If its not one thing its another.
Legit got so stressed out that i got sick! I'm seeing spots in my vision and need a MRI of my Brain. Lovely. Do any of my BM's care? only one out of the nine. My doctor said that Im stressing myself out and making myself sick. HOW DO I STOP STRESSING OUT when I get almost no help and have to deal with BS.
Cant wait till this wedding is over!!!!!!

Totally understand where you are coming from with this.. the month after I got engaged I was so stressed with family issues with the wedding date that my blood sugars spiked sky high (i'm a type II diabetic) and I had 2 unprovoked seizures.. have spent the past 4 months being poked and prodded by dr's.... only in my case, my maid of honor and matron of honor have been wonderful, it's FH's mom that hasn't reached out once to see how I am.. All I can say is, I now do yoga once or twice a week to take some time to de-stress.. it's not easy...

I have one BM who has been wonderful and my Head Bridesmaid has been my backbone throughout this whole process... Shout out to CortneyandKevin on the 2014 boards. She keeps me together throughout this.
My MOH is a little younger (22) and still in college so she is doing the best she can do.

Aw, sorry to hear that. I've heard crazy stories so I went into this expecting nothing from my bridesmaids so I wouldn't be disappointed. One is amazing and the rest are perfectly fine. One is causing drama and I'm shocked, I totally didn't expect that from her.

I think it's common to be stressed out by BMs. 2 of mine, mainly my sis and FSIL have caused me to be up all night. FSIL said that she was debating on whether or not to go to my bridal shower bc she is afraid that she would steal the thunder from me since she hasn't seen her family in a yr. Mind you, we pushed it back so she can make it.
I reached out to my sis about a rehearsal brunch and she responded...'as of now, I'm free'. Lol...as of now?? Are you expecting to be pushing out a baby that day bc I didn't know you were pregnant?

So sorry you are going through this! TRY (I know its tough) not to stress so much if its making you sick. Thank God I have no BM drama. I think I would kick them all out of the wedding if they stressed me out! I hope it gets better...

I now feel so bad about the times as a bridesmaid and MOH I was less than helpful. I didn't realize at the time how stressful it is for the bride and how much a little help is appreciated. Mine have been great, but most are out of town so I have tried not to rely on them too much. I just appreciate them being interested and asking what they can do. So I feel really happy about that and the experience has been great so far. But if I am ever a BM again, I will really know what it's like for the bride, that's for sure!!

dmlentz, I know it's hard, but do NOT let your BMs make you sick. If they are truly causing you so much distress, I'd sit em down and set them straight. OR have your MOH and Head Bridesmaid do it for you....my friend and I were just in my MOH's wedding and WE ended up dealing with her psycho bridesmaids. It was easier for us, because these girls weren't our friends so we didn't care about being less than pleasant.

Going through the same exact thing girl!!! Just try to keep in mind that the day isn't about them and don't let them steal your joy!!
