Maybe Jim helm? I know my friend is wearing one of his dresses that looks exactly like that one. I'm not on my computer so I can't attach a link but I'd def look at his dresses.

I've seen a dress like this by Allure (in chiffon and w/o the brooch). My friend almost chose it for her BM dress.
