My FSIL got FMIL to try and make me feel guilty that I declined two invites to go and try on BM Dresses (I was working, they forget I have my own wedding to pay for). I don't care for FSIL but her brother is the love of my life so I am doing what I need too. She doesn't care if I like the dress or not! I told her i'll just go in and order it. FMIL said I should make the effort to go and see them and ohh and ahh over them. Well I don't have time so too bad!
I get so annoyed. My sister and I are picking the BM dresses for my wedding. If my BMs don't like them... TOO BAD! Yeah thats right im a crazy bridezilla and I have no shame!

well if you don't have time, you don't have time, what do they want you to do. As for you choosing your BM dresses, it is your wedding and should have what you like... I don't think that's bridezilla for you to choose something you like and for others to wear it in YOUR wedding.

neh thats not bridezilla, don't worry about it, and if you don't have the time you don't have the time... when i was in my fsil's wedding she just picked the dress out i didn't try it on and i just ordered it, didn't even see it in person or anything, so yea haha, i'm in the whatever camp.

Its your wedding, don't worry about it. Plus you have so so so much time b4 even ordering the bridesmaid dresses, so don't even stress over it.

Yay im not the only one!! I don't need to see it! It's not like she would pick a different one if I didn't like it!

I agree. If you're working, you're working. You cant give up your entire life to go dress shopping for something, when it comes down to it, that you have no say over.
But, for my wedding, I am giving my bms and moh say in the dress. I am picking the color and length (cocktail) but they can pick a dress that is flattering on all of them.

I am having my BMs all wear the same dress, but I am planning on taking them out for the day to try on the dresses and then for lunch. I figure it would be something nice for us to do together on a Saturday or Sunday. But, in the end, it comes down to you. You have the finally say in dresses. :)

I don't think that's being a bridezilla If you are busy with work especially, I think they should understand that you can't be there. And it is ultimately up to you what you want your bridesmaids to wear! Like the other girls said, it is your wedding! So try not to stress over it!

Right on!!! You are totally right, i am doing the same and if they dont like the dresses too bad.

Its totally not even bridezilla of you to pick the dresses and not care what anyone else thinks- its your wedding!!
