'Bridezillas On A Diet'

Here's an interesting I read in the NY Times. Apparently 70% of brides are trying to loose weight, and nearly half through drastic means! Eek.

I read that earlier today. It's so sad.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to look your best, but people will look and feel so much better if they work with what they've got, or approach any changes with a healthy plan in mind, and realize that their parter fell in love with them because they are, well, the way they are. Beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors.
