I meant to add......I am not looking to tranfser the date, as they do not need to match up. I am just looking to get back some of the money that was deposited there that is non-refundable to me...

I would like to, but the last time I tried to trasfer my credit, the owner wouldn't let me b/c I didn't know the person firsthand! I am in the process of finding a lawyer, so if we settle, and are able to get my credits transferred, I will let you know
