Has anyone been to a wedding there on a Sat night? How is it with the club happening? Was it annoying leaving b/c of parking and club traffic? Did it interfere with the wedding at all? Thanks for your help!!!

Well, I hope they do b/c I just met with Kathy yesterday and we discussed our date as a SAT night in June and she said OK, the date is open... So I HOPE they do it and she's not full of doodie.

I've never been to a wedding there, but I live right down the block and I can assure you that depending on the time of year it is a ZOO!!!!!
Plus long beach rd is notoriously famous for random stopping for DWI...i know everyone from your reception plans on being responsible, but things happen....I've been to parties there and the FOOD IS AWESOME!!!! I don't know..honestly FM me for more details but be very wary about the location.
I also have the # of a bridal attendant there....GL!!!!

No I swear, my friend is getting married there on Sept 8th 2007. Her cocktail hr starts at 7:00pm I do believe. It's def a SAT night wedding!! If you want more details, I can ask her if you want. Let me know!!

I was married there on a Friday night in August. They definately do saturday night weddings but you are locked into the time they specify b/c of the club. See if you can locate Future4E she was married there the day after me and she can tell you all about how it went on a Sat.
If you have any other questions regarding BYC let me know and I'll do my best to answer it. You really can't go wrong with them though, they are soo wonderful to work with, the place is beautiful and the food is soo good.

No one was there outside waiting for the club. And it was a beautiful night... I think you will be fine.

my friends had their wedding there in october. by that time i don't remember it being that crowded. the club is usually more croweded from memorial day to the first week in september. the club usually opens after 11 or 11:30. they wait till the wedding is mostly gone.
