They still do weddings on Saturday nights as far as I know, even with the club... Not sure how that works, though.
ETA - I think the Sat night weddings have to end by 11, though.

The club is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so if you are planning on getting married on a Saturday during those months, then yes, you have to be done by 11. I am getting married there in April 2008 and with upgrades it will be b/w $110-115 plus tax and gratuity. The peak season there is from April 15th to Nov 15th, I believe. They range anywhere from $85-105 for a standard package. Call and speak to Kathy, she is very nice.

I was married there last year and could not have been happier with our choice.
Everything was amazing from the food to the service and back again. We booked back in '03 and paid $85/pp for a Friday night.
