Bridgeview Yacht Club....

Just got in from a night/morning of partying for FBIL Birthday and it's sick there...we waited 2 hours to get in, 1 hour for the bathroom and couldnt even walk there were so many people....also I got knocked over by a security guy running through to break up a fight and then some guy pushed FH to start a fight!!!!

Oh my gosh never ever ever will I go to a club again I will absolutely stick to the local bars!!! Now I know why I don't go anymore

And then I turn around and some guy is throwing up in the corner and the guys are peeing in the garbage cans

Crazy night ladies...off to bed with maybe a bit of a hangover in the morning.....Enjoy your holiday!

I went a few weekends ago for my MOH 30th b-day. So many fights went on, I guess I'm not into clubs anymore.
I wanted to check the place out since my brother is getting married there on Sept 15th. I can't imagine how they have weddings the place was so disgusting after all that partying. I hope they have a magician as a cleaning crew.

Please do not judge all clubs by just that 1 place. I have been there a few times (not recently), but any place that has all the 'juiceheads' running around usually ends up being bad aka most clubs in LI... Not sure if the BYC crowd has changed over the years, but I stopped going because it got really 'young' You see 16 yr olds running around on a 21 night and its just sad!!!

'juiceheads' ha ha thats what most of them were.
Also MRS MAZZ...there were girls with fake ids who were 15, 16 and the bouncers let them in of course because of what they were wearing and told them next time bring your real ids...i never got in that way back in the day.

We actually went in through the warehouse entrance it was quicker, it was crazy - FBIL didn't come home until five and he said the fire marshalls and around 30-40 cops came in because there was a huge brawl, people were taken out in ambulances...i left right before it.

The 'club' part was huge - I must admit the outside of the BYC is beautfiul it's set back and they had all white lights surrounding the place....I couldn't really take it in last night because I couldn't see anything....but when we pulled up it look beautiful and from what I understand there is the beach and the docks in the back - we never made it that far

Yes, I'm guessing fights break out there more often because it is more of a younger drinking crowd... If you go to the city clubs where everyone is on every drug imaginable, there tends to be less fighting.

The place is really gorgeous both inside and out... And its a shame you didnt get to see the dock. It is very nice if you can get a seat out there and just hang out. It is one of the places that I am considering having my wedding at!

2 hours to get in that is crazy...next time just go talk to the bouncer...anytime my friends and i even wait a few mins we do that and get in, i hate waiting on lines, i did my time in clubs and waited on lines over 10 years ago and WOW that just made me feel old lol but 10-15 mins is my limit to wait.

I haven't been to bridgeview in a while, think since summer 05 bc i heard last summer it changed and now theres a bunch of young kids there, but even then the lines were crazy, but thats why you never get on the line just go stand by the front.

Fights break out at most clubs unfortunately...Problem is with certain clubs it will happen very often bc you have many crowds who go to the same places all the time, and everyone knows eachother whether personally know them or you know who they are after seeing them all the time, when i used to party all the time i knew a bunch of ppl and always said hi to them bc i saw them out so often. You have girls who fool around with a girls ex and she will be there or vice versa, guys who don't like eachother for certain reasons ive seen it all. Bridgeview is one of those few clubs, the crowd that goes there is also the neptunes, posh, mirage, bridgeview and a few other places crowd. So at each place you know who you will see before you go...Thursday nights is posh, friday's is mirage, sat daytime is neptunes and sat nights is bridgeview

BTW whether its the city or long island there are always a bunch of ppl who do drugs. LI is also pretty bad with the drugs in clubs.
