Bridgeview Yacht Club

Hi!
We looked at BYC during our search. We actually really liked it but we just decided it was too far away from most of our guests. Some of the ladies here are booked with them! They offered a great menu though but I am not sure about a brunch! FH's brother just recently went to a wedding there and said the food was outstanding and he is really picky!

I am totally in love with the place I really really want to book and they have a great price too.

I heart bridgview so much.
we were actually hoping that if the budget works we can do the party at bridgeview then the 2 hour afterparty nextdoor at the warehouse... soo much fun.

Such a good idea with the after party! What day of the week is your wedding and did you get prices for the warehouse? I don't know if I should do an after party since my wedding already is ending at like 12:30-1am

I think we will have to do it on a friday, the priceing was pretty good, for a 2 hour afterparty w open bar is $3000 flat rate. I also talked to kathy about saving the coney island station (doing on less station at CH) and having that for the afterparty so they have something to eat!

Thanks ladies. I'm excited to go see the place. I mentioned it to one of my closest friends and she wrinkled her nose up at it! I sorta felt a bit bad. But whatever. It seems like once you say you're getting married people feel like they can just freely give their opinions.

Oh and we are looking for a brunch but I also might want to do a Saturday night if the prices are right. I'm sorta up in the air.

Do you think your friend said that b/c BYC was a club like 7 years ago... they have done it over and it is sooo nice! I really like that it is one wedding at a time and not your typical wedding hall... Saturday night is going to be the highest price, but price it out and see what works!

how much did they quote you for a brunch?

I think it was 50 a person. It included a lot.

I just went to a wedding there in August and it was phenomenal! Gorgeous ballroom!! And the food was great! FH and I still talk about the CH mac and cheese all the time!
