Where did you, or where are you planning on getting your hotel blocks at? The closest hotel is the Allegria, but I know it's kinda pricey.
I called Bridgeview and asked them where they recommend, they told me the Allegria and some hotel in Rockville Center.
I'm torn bc idk if it's best to go w/ the more pricey one since it's so close, or the further one that's more reasonably priced. Also, we're not having a shuttle I don't think.

I'm between the best western, rockville centre inn and holiday inn express, all in RVC/Lynbrook. The Alegria is $399 a night with the bridal discount!!!!

I know it's so expensive! Do you think the guests will mind driving to RVC after the wedding though?

Re: Bridgeview Yacht Club brides...
I'm gonna have to get a shuttle. 40% of my guests are from OOT. So its really the only thing to do. also most of the local guests live VERY close so they will probably go home via taxi or DD!!!

Re: Bridgeview Yacht Club brides...
being an rvc girl i must say that RVC is nice to stay because guests have options to go out at night, I would go with the holiday in on sunrise highway, its right in the center of town.

Re: Bridgeview Yacht Club brides...
We were thinking of staying in the Hyatt for our wedding night bc it will be easy for us to get there since camelot is giving us a ride back that night. We went to go see the Hyatt and we loved it! Plus it's only 139 a night.
How did you get the Allegria for 199?

Re: Bridgeview Yacht Club brides...
Hi, I'm getting married at Bridgeview also..We blocked rooms at the Hampton Inn. The discounted rate is $159. The hotel is nice. You can go there and they will show you the rooms. They also have a hot breakfast. If you have a lot of out of town guests, it is best to do the less expensive place (but you still want it to be nice). The Allegria is beautiful, but really pricey.
Hope this helps!

Hi! Is the Hampton Inn in Rockville Center?
I'm kind of annoyed w/ the allegria also bc they are taking forever to get back to us!

We went with the Best Western in Rockville Centre. It's 129.99 a night and that includes a continental breakfast with fresh waffles!!! It's not the nicest hotel out there, but it's the cheapest for a decent place. The lobby is beautiful!
