bringing items to the hall..added another question
so tonight we're going to make our final payment and bring some stuff...are you guys typing up specific instructions as to where everything is going??
another question i originally printed 90 menus so 1 for every couple i also have 10 in a different language...if i type up how many menus at what table and what table gets the polish ones...that doesnt make me look like a bridezilla right lol

I typed instructions and put them in the box. they still messed a few things up. DEF leave instructions.

When I did this I typed up specific instructions and what was contained in each box and taped it on.

to your first question..i have lits of where things go
my rh actually told me if things were not packaged properly or told where to go they do not put them out
as for the second..no way bridezilla...

bring instructions, pictures, separate the polish menus and tell them specifically in what table those go

I guess it depends on the hall, but my BM sat with me with all the stuff we brought and went over everything with me, made notes etc. She also gave me a floorplan sheet with the table arrangements and I filled it in with how many people were at each table and how many favors to put out for each. Day of was great, I have no complaints.

Not bridezilla at all - that is DEFINITELY something I'd do because you want to make sure your guests are able to enjoy themselves and not feel embarrased about what they get, etc.
And yes - I type up a list of what to set-up.
