Has anyone ever done either? Which is better? I know zoom is a lot more expensive and you get trays, you don't get trays with brite smile. Anyons know anything else??

I had zoom done before the wedding and it worked well. However, I didn't have trays - I had an in-office visit where the treatment took about an hour. I'm sure the trays are probably for you to 'keep' up with it - but it's not mandatory.
I am going back for brite smile next Tuesday so I'll letyou know if there is a difference, but from what I read, there really isn't.
