Hi Girls, I was wondering if anyone have done Brite Smile. I wanted to book an appointment for tomorrow but I am not too sure. My dentist said not to do it because it's harmful for your teeth but I would love to hear your opinions.

i am debating this too. my dentist does the brite smile in his office, so of course he is pushing for me to do it once I asked about it. I've heard good and bad things about it. Make sure you look at their website to make sure they are having a sale. I'm pretty sure it makes your teeth sensitive for a time, but not permanently.
The Laser Spa in Bellmore is having a special on their teeth whitening (not britesmile) for LIW girls until May 20, if you want to try that.

Getting married in 3 weeks. Crest whitestrips takes 2 weeks so I'm going to start it this weekend and give my teeth 1 week to recover. I've used crest whitestrips on 2 other occasions and they're excellent!

What about the teeth whitening places in the malls? I've always wondered how much they cost.
