But my suggestion was to try to call and get a hold of a human being...it seems like you're getting computer-generated responses.

i would call.... but they don't have a contact phone number! the contact button just takes you to a bunch of different links to click on if you have a problem with this or that but they are just forms to fill out!

thing is... when you're nasty in your comments on the forms you get the generated response right away. when you're nice, it takes them days to get back to you. so i know SOMEONE reads them!

I think because you clearly said 'do not order from _______'.

Do an google search for the company. A number or location should pop up.
