Brittle nails and weak hair?

I went to the dermatologist and complained of my SOFT, cracking, brittle nails and how my hair seems to be falling out by the thousands! and he told me to pick up:

APPEAREX from the pharmacy-- I got it at Duane Reede-- in the cosmetics isle near the nail polish.... It is one pill a day with 2.5 mg (2500 mcg) of Biotin-- that is the 'correct' dose for this purpose.


Just thought some of you girls may be interested!
It takes anywhere from 1 month to 6 months to see the difference --& you have to take it everyday.

Thanks so much my nails looked great when I got engaged and since have split and cracked like crazy! So I was just gonna get gelatin but this sounds better.
