Broadway Favors...VENT

I just wanted to tell you all something that happened to my friend. She ordered her invites from them in the beginning of Aug. She also ordered the proofs, to double check everything, well she realized this weekend how long it has been and that she never got the proof and she called them and spoke to the women who told her SHE (my friend) does not get to see the proof the owners of the shop sign off on it... I thought that was absurd!! How does the owner know if something is spelled right or the right address is on it. The owner was also very rude and told my friend her invites will be in in about 2 weeks. she needs to mail them the next week! She is so mad she paid for a proof that she never got to see and she never would have ordered them is she knew she could not proof them before the final print......
