I had such a crappy day and i came home to a huge box from crate and barrel - a shower gift from my college roommate that lives in CA! so excited, i open it and it's 8 wine glasses. three of them are broken, like completely shattered it made me so sad!!!
FH was nice enough to immediately offer to take care of it for us though, which made me feel a lil better.

i literally just opened the box so we didn't call yet. FH will call tomorrow. There's a number for 'if you receive defective merchandise' on the packing slip.
