Anyone choosing Long Island because they don't want NYC? I'm kind of over the whole LI thing, but nothing in Queens/Brooklyn is making me happy but Douglaston Manor.

I am a full blooded queens girl but FH is full blooded Brooklyn boy. L&B will change your life when it comes to pizza. FH lives right near there (delivery distance!) we get it all the time! Def go! :0)
I'm going to the Coney Island Mermaid Parade tomorrow (it's a tradition for FH and I) and you guys have me dying for L&B--diet cheat dayyyy.

So excited that people love L&B as much as I do! LOL. I live 5 min away and I try to stay away because I'd be 500 lbs otherwise! Their food is pretty good too, big portions and not too expensive if you want to sit in the restaurant area.
@Ladygoodman, not considering Staten Island. FH refuses to pay a toll unless he absolutely has to. Probably why he's a Mets fan and not a Yankees fan. LOL He's so partial to his Brooklyn roots.

We were all set to go and got a phone call from our friends to meet us at a bar by us b/c they just got engaged! It was fun - but I was really looking forward to that freakin pizza. Maybe another day!
