Brooklyn Indoor Picture Location Desparate for Help!
So if you all read my other post, you know that I am freaking out about the weather. I'd like to have a backup plan indoors for pictures. Not looking for anything too modern or spunky - more classic and timeless.
Any suggestions! I have no idea where to start!

Maybe check out the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens or the Brooklyn Historical Society ...I think both have an indoor option.
Also check with your photographer, ours gave us a ton of options for our wedding, and who would know better, right?

The Botanical Gardens only allow outdoor photos, no indoor photos are allowed but thank you!

Okay....let me brainstorm some places:
Brooklyn Public Library Brooklyn Museum (this is further away from your church and RH)
Gargulio's (since you will be in that area, they may allow you to do so, and they are BEAUTIFUL inside)
Train Station (could look very nice with the photgrapher's touch) which is right near your RH
Since your church is near Bayridge, you can also take some pictures inside stores to have some fun pictures.
I hope this helps. But if I were you, I would call Gargiulo's and ask them about photos. They may allow you or perhaps you RH can ask.

Gargiulio's is booked so we can't take pictures there
I canlled the Brooklyn Historical Society - haven't heard back from them yet.

OOOO the aquarium is right by there too, call them and see if they allow you to do that.
Also the trumph buildings are there, you might be able to do nice photos around there as well.
Still searching...

Definitely check out the Brooklyn Historical Society.
I looked into the Brooklyn museum and they specifically say no wedding photography allowed on their website.
I'm still looking!

Also the Dyker Beach Golf Course had major renovations done just a couple of years ago. They have a gorgeous facility where they have receptions. Just an idea.

The Montauk Club at 25 Eighth Avenue in Prospect Heights might be great too. Can't find great photos but if you google Montauk Club Brooklyn Weddings you should be able to get an idea.

Re: Brooklyn Indoor Picture Location Desparate for Help!
just some options you might want to consider
1 - grand central station
2. - coney island aquarium
3 - brooklyn public library (a 2010 bride did pics in a library that looked really cool)
4- a local bowling alley (again a past bride had her pics in a bowling alley and they looked great check the review section)
4 - brooklyn tabernacle (i would pick the tabernacle and im not even a religious person. the architercture is so breathtaking i think it would make for some gorgesous shots a very old school euro feel)
