Brooklyn/NYC brides: Where does your FH get his hair cut?
Hi ladies, sorry to intrude, but i am a little desperate.
Fh went usually goes to his barber in Willliamsburg, Brooklyn for haircuts. He went last night (our wedding is this coming Saturday), and the barber had a client. He saw Fh at the door and just decided not to open it. He didnt say the guy in the chair was his last person for the day, he didnt say anything at ALL. So FH stood there for like 10 minutes and left.
He doesn't want to go back there after being treated like that.
So, we need a barber/salon TODAY for his haircut. Any recommendations in Brooklyn/Manhattan?

Rebecca, first off...THAT STINKS!!!!!!
Secondly, Rob gets a good cut from the men that work in the Columbus Circle Subway Station barber. He goes there regularly.

FH goes to Astor Place. Take the 6 to the Astor Place stop. It is next to the Cold Stone Creamery, corner of Broadway, on the basement level.

FH has been going to the same barber for about 12 yrs. His name is Eric in a shop on Rockaway in Ozone Park, I think it's on Rockaway and 110 St (on South side of the street)
I know it's not Bklyn, but it's a suggestion.

My dad goes to someplace on Kings Hwy by E. 13th St in Midwood. Don't know if that helps!!!
Also there is no shortage of hair places on 86th St in Bensonhurst. You might have luck trying 18th Ave also.

I second Astor Place. my fh goes there all the time. ask for Jose. he's really great.

That suuucks! That was wrong of him to treat your FH like that. Oh well, his loss. FH goes out to New Hyde Park...Manny's Barber Shop. He's been going there for years (it's about 15 minutes from us)...but he really likes Manny and only uses him. Very clean and professional. Good Luck.
