Brown Rice?

Brown Rice?

Everytime I make brown rice- even exactly according to the instructions- it always tastes a little hard. Am I not adding enough water or is it supposed to taste like that?

Yes Brown rice is firmer or harder and more chewy than white rice.

Yup, slow cook brown rice (real brown rice) is always a little hard.
